It was rather accurate until that poney thing ate the spark. It can't be destroyed. She'd have shat it at some point. With the experience, it would then become a question of finding something to reincarnate into in that arena world, which is entirely made up so we can't tell.
Basically, while Starscream can't be killed, he can certainly be indefinitely neutered.

I say that Derpy Hooves beats both of them soundly.

Sparks can be crushed with physical objects, and Rainbow Dash is sort of 1/6 of an equivalent of the matrix of leadership.

We also know that so called immortal sparks can sort of be destroyed under the right circumstances.
