The Systems Commonwealth pre Nietzschean war is going up against the Galactic Empire. Because most ST vs SW turn in favor of the Galactic Empire side how will the Systems Commonwealth fair against them?

Scenario: The Systems Commonwealth have invented a special Gateway in each of the three galaxy's to another universe/Galaxy that happens to be the Star Wars galaxy. The Galactic Empire also developed the same thing and are able to send ships to the Andromedaverse and to the SWverse. What would happen if the two forces meet each other and what will happen if they engage in a war together? The Timeline for the GE is after the battle of Yavin.

The Empire goes down in flames. With the resources of three galaxies at their disposal, not to mention having planet-busting nova bombs as a fairly common weapon, the Commonwealth annihilates the Empire.
