Asmodeus versus the crew of the Enterprise

Asmodeus (the D&D Archdevil version) versus the crew of the NCC-1701-D Enterprise.
He must slaughter them all or at the very least corrupt them. Can the ruler of all devils defeat the Federation's flagship?

They already ran into him in one of the Animated Series episodes, and it turned out he wasn't such a bad guy after all. ;-)

Not that it matters, he can use 'greater teleport' at will which - by its method of operation - should ignore shields.

His abilities are - to say the least - numerous. And his power ranges from 'epic-level demon' to 'literal deity' depending on incarnation. It's fair enough to say that it'd take a god to match him.
