Calc this event (planet killer inside)

Any idea how to calc this, assuming that it hits a planet (covered with metal maybe)?
Well it's certainly of less power than a typical planetbuster as the planet is intact (though it is made of metal, and as such is much denser and harder than a typical planet), and the planet doesn't crack, so it's likely that it works off of an odd NDF or acidic-based attack, and given the green colouring that seems to be more than viable.
Other than that, it's a cool intro.
