However the documentary is partially wrong. There's no record of the second Death Star construction contract ever being signed with any society principally held by Anakin Skywalker himself. As a matter of fact, he isn't even known as being a shareholder of any structure. Not even a CEO of some sort.
Although there might be some evidence to be found in the revealing book Shadows of the Empire, written by researcher Steve Perry.
