how can I give a link to a certain post of a thread?

Now, I know only to give a link to the site on which the post in question is.

But if I want, that it is not necessary to search the whole site, I would want to provide a link, which open the site exactly at the post in question.

At the top of each post, there's a tiny image on the left of the words "Posted:...". It looks like a tiny rectangle with one corner cut out. This board, like SDN, have this feature, however some board pograms have a variation of this. It could be a linked text or some other image. But, I think you're more likely to come across more boards with the feature this board has than not.
