Pay attention Paramount!
Now this is how to do a proper fucking trailer! I lost hope for the Terminator franchise after 3 but this looks promising and Bale is a terrific actor.

Wow. We're finally moving away from the encumbering Arnie. It was about time.
And this one looks terrific. One wondered what the theme would be, and here, it seems to be about the robot that realizes it's not a human, and yet...
What's bizarre though, is how this one is far more human than the others. Is it the cream of the cream of infiltration models? Or am I wrong and it's a brainwashed cyborg (sort of a nice looking Strogg)?
Don't answer, I'll avoid any more spoiler from now.

They're moving right back to him in T5, if the plans pan out.

Arnie is way too old for the role now. They could have his type of Terminator in the background using CGI to lift Arnie's face from other roles he had from the 80's and early 90's and texture wrapping it to stunt and extras actors just as was done in Christopher Lee in in several of the fight scenes from RoTS.

Or, if Arnie has the time and wants to do it, he could pump himself back up in shape (look at Sly Stallone in Rocky VI, he looked in better shape then most people I know half his age) and they would only need to use some make up to make him look a bit younger, or use the same method they did for Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan in X-Men 3, just erasing some wrinkles digitally... :)

Arnie in the new role is not going to be as the terminator, but as the template that was used for the terminator. The guy who played T-1000 is also rumored to be apart of this. So there's no need for either to be fit as they once were.

I was talking about the "move to T5".
I thought you meant they were going to go back to the T-800 model playing a prominent role in the movie.

That makes a lot better sense than trying to bring Arnie in as yet another T-800 Model 101. Plus it also expands the background story more to learn how the humans who served as Skynet's template got captured or willingly used to that end. Cameron Phillips (played by Summer Glau) was based on captured human resistance fighter, Allison Young as seen in the episode "Allison from Palmdale" in the Sarah Connor Chronicles, thus maintaining continuity between the TV series and the movies.
