KSM to be tried in NYC

Alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be tried in civilian court in New York City, Attorney General Eric Holder announced on the 13th.

I'm firmly in Terrorists should not be in court side of the debate. I doubt that's surprising giving my record. I figure I will be the minority opinion.

The final irony would be that the cases get torpedoed by the interrogation practices the GOP insisted was so necessary. Not that I expect this guy (or any other) to go free, even if it was proved all the evidence was falsified. It would be political suicide for the politicians if he (or any other) was released.
