The camera starts to pan at approximately 3:14 to 3:15 follow what is happening to the fleeing Borg cube towing Voyager, but even then you can see that the planet is clearly gone with only some small amounts of debris remaining. As the camera pans further around 3:16, there is still enough of the original area left that you can see through the more more dissipated explosion that most, if not all of the planet is gone.
