It has never been stated so any number would be hammered by the "support it" brigade.

I am betting that it can vary, after all the standard load out for a GCS is known but im betting that during the war it would have been loaded up with more for itself and for smaller ships that would have needed resupplying after battles. The same likely applies to the Sovie, its gonna have a reasonably simular standard compliment but is capable of carryng a lot more if required.
