Q vs. Rand al'Thor

Post by Khas » Sat Jan 09, 2010 2:58 am

One day, Q was bored, and he decided to bug someone other than Picard, so he entered the Wheel of Time universe, and pissed off Rand al'Thor. Rand attacks, Q strikes back, mayhem ensues. Who wins?

Rand doesn't have any real powers, and he can't regenerate himself (which is why he is described as scarred, wounds that won't heal, and missing his left hand). So this is essentially a lop sided a versus battle in the grand tradition of Narsil's postings.

Meh. I've really only read two of the books in the Wheel of Time, but my brother keeps on telling me that Rand could beat almost anyone. It seemed like a fairer fight at the time I posted it.

Granted that Ran al'Thor is just a bit of a Gary Stu, but he's still not near enough of one to beat an essentially omnipotent and all-powerful entity like Q.
