Starfleet Jedi

The Autocratic East Europan Imperial Alliance is transported to the FMA universe from the Valkyria Chronicles one. The Empire has been there for a few years but has not made contact with anyone other than their own people. They discover the world to be full of Alchemists and are use to seeing its powers. The Empire plans to invade the world and take over Amestris. Could Amestris survive? The timeline for the Empire is before EWII and the FMA timeline is before the show.
