In a more light hearted vein I bring you the competition of the misfits, Red Dwarf VS Firefly!

The Task:

Navigate an asteroid field infested with GELF Psyriens and make it to a planet containing a hospital in which they must rip off a bunch of valuable antibiotics which they will then use to barter trading rights with a different tribe of GELF's on a planet further out in the system for a supply of 30,000 individual vindaloo meals, enough to keep them fed for some years. But in order to secure the Curries they must marry off one of the crew to a GELF, male or female. The crew makes the choice amongst themselves as to who to sacrifice for the greater good.

Who takes it and gets the curries and has to sacrifice one of their own to a dubious joy of a GELF marriage?

I've never seen Red Dwarf, but for Firelfy, Mal would make the sacrifice, while Zoe, Jayne and Wash load up the supplies by hitching it up to their hover 'truck'. Simon is already preparing knockout darts to hit people with, while River is in her room because she started to freak out when she saw the needles Simon was working on. When they get back, Wash flies the ship overhead after everything's securely aboard and Mal runs out of the 'honeymoon suite', naked as a jailbird and Jayne jumps out of the cargo hold opening with a line strapped to his upper body. Mal and Jayne lock arms and Firefly zooms out to space, while Jayne and Mal are pulled back up.
