Battle of ... Battle Armor

Let's do the time-warp again!

From the years 2008, 3058, and 40358, three battle-armored warriors of Earth stock are drawn through time and space to the corridors of an abandoned Star Destroyer a light-year away from the nearest star system. Each is briefed in a language they do not understand, although the briefing includes numerous illustrations of deep cryo-stasis humans, the exploding-earth sequence from Planet of the Apes, wireframe holoschematics of their two opponents' battlesuits, their various weapons separately, and full-length photographs of the three of them, to scale, in their skivvies, next to each other.

Tony Stark from the Iron Man movie, being even shorter than the comic-book Tony Stark (Downey is noticeably short of six feet tall) may be slightly intimidated by the last image, because he is photoshopped between a nine foot tall Ghost Bear Elemental and an eight foot Ultramarine.

The Star Destroyer is undamaged. The troop bays, vehicle bays, small craft bays, etc are all empty. It is fully stocked on food, water, and power, but there aren't even any droids on board. Combatants are permitted to go anywhere and do anything to or with the ship - including going outside of it or trying to use its various systems.

There can be only one. Who will master the derelict Star Destroyer?

While the Space Marine and the Elemental are perhaps stronger, I think Stark has the distinct advantage of being able to fly and very quickly. Whether this helps as much in the close quarters of the Star Destroyer isn't entirely known to me, but I think it does help quite a bit. You see, Stark can choose his battles and sort of decide when and where he fights, because he's very quick. This makes him, I think, the probable winner.

I might well be wrong, but speed and force projection does happen to be the single number one priority in a fight.

While it's not as much of an advantage as it would be in more open terrain where he can get up to speed more consistently (hard to fly around the corridors of a Star Destroyer) nimbleness definitely a big advantage on his part.

Fitting through human-sized doors is another one, come to think of it. He will definitely have an easier time getting around the ship.

Ans Stark, being a genius, will probably figure out how to use the technology at his disposal faster then either one of his opponents.

Plus, I don't think he'd have many problems outmaneuvering his lumbering opponents if he brings them into the launching bays... :)

Since any of them can access the outside of the Star Destroyer, then Tony Stark might have a very signficant advantage as far as strategic movement goes, assuming that the movie version of Iron Man can handle deep-space conditions. His flight capability, at the speeds his suit is capable of, he can reach the bridge of the SD long before any of his opponents, and take control of the ship that way.

Conversely, he can lure the Ghostbear and Ultramarine into one-on-one battles outside the SD, he has huge speed and maneuverability advantage. The only thing the Ghostbear and the Utramarine could do is try to take cover in the mydrid array of structures on the SD's hull, and hope to get a bead on Stark.
