Let face during the Dominion war UFP losing longer number ship used fighters might even save live armed Quantum toropdoes. In sacrifice angle might well broke though blockade easily and even force Jem Harder break formation simple punch and being hard to hit. Jem Harder battleship pure a fighter heavy lose Dominion force when not easily afford so why I ask not armed fighter was quantum torpedoes.

Probably because 1)The fighters were not equipped with the proper launchers for Quantum torpedoes, and 2)Quantum torpedoes are likely resource consuming to produce as they are a relatively new technology.

Actually, we don't know whether or not such a thing has been done or not done. In "Sacrifice of Angels" and "What You Leave Behind", we see Federation fighters firing globs of what might be quantum torpedoes at Dominion ships. We don't know, it's never stated one way or the other.

All very true, however, the question was why we didn't see the fighters using quantum torpedoes. In the scene of the fighters firing in DS9: "The Sacrifice of Angels" it is safe to assume the fighters were not firing quantum torpedoes, the shots bare a resemblance to the Defiant's phaser cannons in being a shallow blurry orange instead of blue and white. As you stated, any guesses as to why they weren't using them is of course speculation.
