Theory on the workings of blasters

Here is a theory on how blasters work:

1. The power cell releases several megajoules of energy into the electrode/helicon coupler.(This comes from the holes the blasters made at tatooine.)

2. A fan or air compressor blows a stream of gas through the helicon coupler or electrodes turning it in a stream of plasma.

3. The plasma is sent through a tube where the plasma is electromagnetically accelerated and most importantly the plasma is spun.

4. The spin causes the dynamo effect to occur which creates a magnetic field containing the plasma.

It turns out that the dynamo effect is the reason why blaster bolts seem to explode when they hit something:

5. The plasma bolt makes contact disrupting the magnetic field causing the plasma to "explode" on the target.

The explosion happens because the magnetic field is no longer their so the ions rapidly spread out; explosively due to being under magnetic pressure.

Different models of blaster have different outputs. Han's blaster is abnormally powerful

2. A fan or air compressor blows a stream of gas through the helicon coupler or electrodes turning it in a stream of plasma.

Shouldn't we hear a fan or air compressor if there is one?

Why not an exaggerated and weaponize Quantum Vacuum Plasma Thrusters?

Or maybe the stuff is pulled from hyperspace?

Wouldn't a shield bubble make more sense? I could be wrong, but it seems like shields take a bit to fall after losing power.

i really don't see a reason to speculate on the internal workings of a blaster even if such things can be fun. All that really matters is what happens after the bolt leaves the barrel.

The point was not to use technobabble if at all possible.
