Hard to say with SG. While ST portrays neutronium as extremely tough stuff, it is not mentioned how dense it is. With SW, it is the least like real life neutronium as it can be mined in ore veins on a moon or planet. It can not only also be alloyed without too much special preparation, it is light enough and weak enough that an angry human woman can carry an object around, and even bend said object by striking it against another.

Problem is in all 3 franchises it is obvious that is a material with ultra dense properties.
Not so much. The humanoid replicators are heavy, in a way, but they're not neutron-star heavy, despite their nanites being made of neutronium.
Neutronium in SG is found naturally, in veins.
The super large blob didn't sink on its own, that despite being at least two Asuran skyscrapers high, until McKay dialed up the blob's effective mass.
I started a thread at SBC about this blob.

For what I read there has not been much luck figuring out how exactly that came about but if it's the mass that Rodney dialed up it means that the material just became more and more packed and thus heavier up till the point it crushed the crust under it's weight and sank that is still incredibly dense and heavy to do something like that.
